Nanjing tries out dynamic integral management for hazardous chemical enterprise legal person
From April 16, Nanjing will try out the dynamic integral system for the legal representatives (main responsible persons) of hazardous chemical enterprises in Nanjing. From the accident situation, administrative punishment, duty performance according to law, document implementation, training and examination, positive incentive and other six aspects of 107 indicators, this paper evaluates the legal representative of the enterprise to fulfill the main responsibility of the first person responsible for work safety. The initial value is 100 points, except for the positive incentive part, other points are deducted.
