Dissolving Pulp

Dissolving pulp is bleached wood pulp that has a high alpha-cellulose content (> 90%). It has special properties including a high level of brightness and uniform molecular-weight distribution. Once dissolved, dissolving pulp can be spun into textile fibers, or chemically reacted to produce derivatized celluloses.

·       Ash ≤ 0.15 mg /kg 

·       Iron content ≤ 2.0 mg/kg 

·       Viscosity 10 ± 1.4 mPas

·       Whiteness ≥ 85% 

·       Moisture ≤ 13%

2. Dissolving hardwood pulp

·       The content of alphacellulose ≥ 91%

·       Ash content ≤ 0.18 mg/kg

·       Iron content ≤ 20 mg/kg

·       Intrinsic viscosity ≥ 350 mL/g

·       Whiteness ≥ 85% 

·       Moisture ≤ 13%
